    Ardvark was hired in early july to erradicate bed bugs. 5 treatments and four months later i still have live bed bugs. Went into ask for my money back on monday 11/3/25 and the owner wasnt there but was told they wound call me. No call on 11/3. I called back tuesday 11/4 and stated no call when thwy said they would remind the owner. No call on 11/4 or Wed 11/5 so on Thursday 11/6 im filing this complaint as they know i want my money back so i can employ someone whom will eradicate these pests in a timely manner. 4 months is UNACCEPTABLE, lack of returning calls is UNACCEPTABLE, thus i want my money back ASAP

    This customer has had an on going issue with bed bugs , we have given mutliple free treatments to try to resolve the issue. The owner has been out of town and communicating with the office staff in regards to this issue. He offered to continue free treatments until the issue was resolved as the client said the issue was improving stating he only found two bugs in his home recently or we could send his money back. The client said he wanted his money back , the refund check has been cut as the client said he no longer has access to the orginal card he paid with.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  As of today 11/14/25, i have to yet receive a check for $750.

    I have the above complaint number against Ardvark Pets Controls in ********* for almost three weeks now.   They agreed to send me a check for my full amount paid to them in the amound of $750 which I have NOT received as of yet.   It should not take this long to mail a check from *********, IN to **********, IN.   Please advise when you can and thanks in advance!

    The check was cut on the 6th when the complaint came in, and actually it was cut prior to his complaint when he wouldn't accept less than a full refund.  I do apologoze the check has been sitting here as I thought he was picking it up.  ********* said I misunderstood them.  I thought he was coming in as he had come to our office several times when he was dissatisfied to discuss his bed bug problem.  We did try and resolve his issue and did a thorough treatment everytime.   I will drop the check in the mail today, now that it has been brought to my attention he hadnt been in to get it and was expecting it via mail.
