    We have had to have our vehicle repaired so we could continue to get to work this entire week. There has been no  Communication from the company. We left voicemails with no response. No sense of urgency on their part. I would like to know how the company is going to remedy this entire situation?!  The lack of customer service is concerning.

    Hello, 

    Thank you for sending the **** I was able to find that invoice. The shop that you visited at ******************************************************************************* is a Franchise location meaning it is privately owned and operated. This shop will handle all service failures themselves. I have asked the BBB team to send this complaint to that team so they can address this service issue and help come to a resolution.

    6/22/2025 Came in for an oil change.They said that we had a last chance plug in. We knew that wasnt true because our mechanic would have told us and we would have fixed it. Then they told us that the plug was stripped and they couldnt get another plug in, so they were going to put another last chance plug in. They offered to send us home in an ***** have it towed, and to fix any repairs. Then they called a manager from a different store. The manager told us he was able to put a new plug in and everything was ok. Expect for the fact that there was oil all over the car. He was unwilling to put it in writing that they took out the last chance plug and werent suppose to even though they admitted they werent suppose to take it out. We asked to see the original plug and they had chucked it in the grass by the trash and it couldnt be found. They asked us to leave without any proof of conversation or that we even had an issue. He even admitted that the person who pulled the plug wasnt suppose to pull it and he had only been employed for 2 weeks. We have left a voicemail with customer service and we are to hear back from the district manager ******. We asked for his work number and was told no and we were asked to leave. We ended up calling the police and filing a police report to have some sort of documentation.

    I took my car in for an oil change in ******************. The oil filter was not installed properly and it came out during driving ruining the motor entirely. They have committed to replacing the motor and repairing the car. I have received no updates on the estimated time of completion of these tasks and the company has not responded to my messages. I was promised they would make this right. I have spoken with both **** (shop manager) and ***** (his boss)
