              We contracted with Ahead of the Curb to install curbing around our landscaping in 2022. They had an offer at the time that if we signed with them, they would come back the next Spring and reseal the curbing for free. I saw them at the Home Show in *************** at the beginning of March 2023 and mentioned the resealing. I was told to send a text the next week which I did. I got a response back that they would be out at the end of March to reseal and to address some discoloration called Efflorescence at the same time. They never showed up. I waited until ***** to contact them again. No response. I texted ***** 3 times in April with no response. I waited to see if they would come out when the weather got better. Nothing. They are totally ignoring me and have not honored the deal they promised. It states it right on the invoice that I paid.

              We contracted with ***** at Ahead of the curb for curbing around our yard. By the end of the first day the quality was subpar. We contacted ***** on multiple occasions to get this completed. The last time he came he stated that he could not do anything about it at the time and would have to wait until the following year and asked if I wanted to "trust the process." Not wanting to refund our money or even attempt to fix the issue we were forced to take ***** and the company to small claims. After the hearing the judge ORDERED him to refund us the entire amount as well as court costs. Almost 3 weeks later we have not seen the payment nor has he answered texts inquiring about this. What should have been a pleasant experience turned sour quickly. And after reading the complaint filed against the company we were also called bullies and so on. I would suggest to shop around if you are interested in having this done. As I stated in court just because you may know about concrete doesn't always mean you are good at it.
