I have had this issue most of the summer, when I would approach my car, it was totally covered in grass clippings. I was not the only one that was having this done to their car. On September 17th it was extremely bad and there had been a rock thrown on it. I drove it to the car wash to see if it could be washed off or buffed out. I saw it was down to the primer. I immediately went to ****** Collision and Glass. They told me what I already knew. I have over ****** worth of damage on my car. It is leased and I have to take immaculate care of it, which I do. The damage done to my car was from one of the employees misusing a weed eater. I had spoken with 2 of the employees and they told me who did the damage. His name was ****, they said he was no longer employed for obvious reasons. I spoke with the owner, ******* He said he would get back with me and NEVER DID!! Very unprofessional. I also filed a statement with my apartment complex. Isnt this why companies carry insurance? Please help. I also tried reaching him by phone and text several times and absolutely no response. I can go back to G***** and talk to the same man to get the estimate we talked about. I was so upset that this was done to me I told them to wait until I needed the written estimate. They will remember me with this incident as he told me that he would be happy to write the estimate that day. I definitely do not recommend this lawn service, Very careless and inconsiderate.Thank you.
