      I had a terrible experience with this company. There were long delays in shipping with no communication or explanation. I had to repeatedly contact the company, and found their customer service to be rude and dismissive. Most frustratingly, the company listed incorrect dimensions for a piece on their website, meaning that when I finally received my order, I was unable to complete the job because of a materials shortfall; I had calculated and ordered correctly based on the information provided on their website, but that information was wrong. The company refused to take responsibility for this or do anything to make it right. This meant adding another month+ to the time to complete my project while I waited for them to ship the additional product they sold me at full price. When these pieces finally arrived, they were damaged, although I was fortunately able to salvage enough to finish the project and end my long, frustrating, and expensive experience with this company. I will certainly never do business with them again.

      The material was delivered within 3 weeks of order back in February. When the trim pieces were sent, the manufacturer accidentally sent a sample instead of the trim pieces and the trim pieces were reordered and sent to the homeowner and he received them three days before the installation date. The trim pieces were ordered after the material was received. I hope that ********************* enjoys his flooring.

      If you don't mind a decent job on carpet laying but don't mind the mess afterwards, then this might be the place for you. However, my 2 bedrooms and hallway outside the bedrooms where I had carpet laid looked like a cat had had a hayday with the carpet. I didn't know I'd have so much vacuuming to do. Carpet frayings, small chunks as well as some foam had to be vacuumed with my shop vac. Also, one door was splintered at the bottom and another accordion door removed, which was not rehung and parts were lying in the hallway. I haven't been able to rehang the door correctly yet. They have you pay ahead of time, so there is no recourse. When I called the carpet layers to complain, they were very rude and swore at me. I had not been informed that the door was to be removed before they came and had no idea that I would have to clean up all the mess. I've never had this happen before and have had carpet laid on numerous occasions.When talking to the manager, I received an apology, but I still have to fix my doors. Not sure how I'll fix the splintered one without cutting the bottom off. Overall, I'm not happy and won't be using them again.

      Dear ***************************************, I have read your review and am saddened. I know you mentioned that you have used us before and hadn't had a problem and loved the flooring. I am sorry you didn't have a good experience this time. We try to make every customer happy no matter the job. Unfortunately, this time we failed. Normally our subcontractors vacuum the job after every installation. I am sorry they didn't. I am not sure why or why he was rude, but we do not accept that and will address it with our subcontractor. As for the door damage, we specifically go over a questionnaire with customers regarding doors. We take them off but sometimes the new carpet is thicker than the old carpet. Which will result in doors being left for the customer to trim. The bottom of your door that was damaged seems to be damage from either wear and tear or pets. The installer didn't do this damage. If it was due to the new carpet, it should be all the way across the bottom of the door. Again, I apologize for the poor customer service. It's not our intention to make any customer angry, we want customers to come back for future business. I hope you reconsider you using us in the future. We would love another chance.
