    Our realtor recommended Smith Does It All to replace a garage service door on a house that we had recently purchased. He was courteous and professional throughout that job, and we got a good result at a reasonable cost. We recently called him again for some additional work and had a similar positive experience. He is busy, so plan ahead to get on his waiting list, and text a reminder if necessary.*** *.

    I recently purchased my first home and was recommended ******************************* It All. I was able to contact him pretty quickly. He was very flexible on meeting for a quote and was able to walk through all the work I wanted done. He quickly got an estimate to me and was very easy with payments. He also did great work and was very professional.

    I found Mr. **********************'s business information at ************************** I left him a message to get a free estimate. He called back the following morning to discuss the two assembly jobs I needed; a three-piece outdoor patio furniture set and two outdoor 5-foot wooden bridges. He asked me to send pictures of the finished bridge in our backyard that my husband had completed previously, so he can give me a cost estimate. I sent the two pictures via iPhone as he requested. MR. ******************** DID NOT BOTHER TO RESPOND OR HAD THE COURTESY TO LET ME KNOW THAT HE CANNOT DO THE **** This is so unprofessional! I guess Mr. ********************** DOES NOT "DO IT ALL" as he advertised. We will not call him for any handyman service.

    I do apologize that I did not get back to this customer in a timely manor. This is a very busy time of the year for us and keeping up with the work, calls, and paperwork sometimes puts me weeks behind just getting back to people. We also do a lot of emergency work for the elderly, handicap group homes, and realtors that need work done for closings, and have had multiple jobs pop up that have caused schedule changes. I always tell people that I will get back to them "ASAP". Unfortunately "As soon as possible" isn't always that soon and people look elsewhere to have their jobs done. I do always recommend that if someone doesn't hear back from me to call or text me as a reminder. I would rather receive additional messages than bad reviews.
