    Ordered two firearms on sale. I noticed that the website did not charge me sales tax. I submitted a help ticket to try and get that resolved. This lead no where. I started researching online and found that other people had horrible experiences with the website. Luckily I had not submitted the *** I was going to use so I figured I had time to request a full refund since they couldn't ship the firearms until they got the information. The company shipped to some random *** they had on file so that they could get it out the door quickly. This then puts it under "shipped status" and therefore I cannot get a full refund. I must pay the 25% cancellation fee of the total order because they shipped the firearm. Clever people. I don't even know how they would have handled the situation of me actually wanting to continue with the purchase? Ship the firearm a second time? It makes no sense. I think when I submitted the help ticket that triggered them to ship the firearm quickly so that they could at least get the 25% fee out of me. Unfortunate, but buyers beware. These prices are too good for a reason. Something weird is going on there and I don't know what.

Following your selection, we promptly packed and shipped your order in accordance with our standard process. Afterward, you requested to cancel the order. We reminded you of our cancellation policy, which you had acknowledged twice during the transaction. We also explained that fulfilling your request would require unpacking an entire truck to locate your shipment,and that a cancellation fee would apply due to the labor involved in redirecting staff from their duties. You confirmed your understanding of these conditions and instructed us to proceed with the cancellation. As a firearms retailer, our operations differ significantly from those of general merchandise businesses. Each order requires considerable time and resources to process, including the costs of transaction fees on both collected and refunded payments.     dont worry, you think these deals cant be real. they are I have ordered 2 guns from them one high end semi custom high dollar that I saved 1000 bucks on. help desk answered my questions fast. the process was easy. my transfer *** was able to just email them a copy. shipping was on par with ****, ****, *** and other distributors. price are hard to beat. I will buy from again

    I am very pleased with the quality service provided by GunZoneDeals.com (GZD). I've utilized a number of online services, some offer great prices only to process your payment and wait for a month or longer for your product to reach you or a note stating backordered. *** is like clockwork based on my experience and purchases.     Recently I made a purchase at ***. Prior to my purchase I read some disparaging comments. I also read many positive reviews. Id like to add my thoughts. One complaint was that the seller was unresponsive. Not so in my case. I emailed a question to the seller prior to my purchase. It was answered in a few hours. During the purchase process I emailed the seller for an update. Again, it was answered within hours. ******* was shipped 2 business days later. GZD pricing is competitive. Even with *** sales and discount codes. Do your research. I did. I will buy again from ***.

    Fabulous experience for a first time gun buyer-me. After lots of research, I decided on a Springfield-Armory XDM Elite OSP 3.8 Compact 9mm. MSP is $653.00. Found it at GunZoneDeals for $480.00. Never bought anything online that wasnt Amazon, but I took the plunge. Smooth all the way, even though I changed FFL mid order. ****** was terrific in the customer service department.
