***************************** was hired to remodel two bathrooms in my home. He requested all the money for supplies totaling $7638.56 prior to starting the job. He also received two checks on two different dates for labor charges for $2,000. He did not complete either bathroom. He left gouges in the walls. Painted around the toilets. Knife cuts in the vinyl flooring with gaps in the guest bathroom. He pulled the prior tub/shower out of the master bath ripping out the insulation as well. He did not replace the insulation when he glued plywood to the shower wrap. Even she shower wrap was bent. The shower pain is unstable. He left the shower of the master bathroom unusable. There are many other issues that I have photographs of the damages. He walked off the job when he couldn't get the shower head installed leaving his sweatshirt and step ladder on the shower pan in the master bathroom. He handwrote a script to call his insurance agent to say he did not complete the job due to not receiving the materials on time. Insurance denied the claim as that was not the truth. He did not use all the materials we paid for. He returned items and kept the money. I had estimates done to repair the bathrooms. It will cost over $13,000 to repair the damages he did to my home.
