    We are in the middle of our home renovation project. We are getting ready to get started on the kitchen. We went in got a quote for cabinets, and were trying to make some final key decisions on everything to purchase our cabinets.Our cabinet estimate came in just short of 14,000$. We decided we wanted to stop in today just to compare our back splash tiles with the cabinet colors, counter tops, normal stuff you would do before finalizing your decision on purchasing. We also just wanted to check the overall quality of the cabinets we were getting with display brand and everything. Nothing we were doing would have involved anything except getting the color panels, examples and showing us the display.We walked in and we were greeted by a young sales lady. I explained to her what I wanted to do, and were treated very rudely. She immediately demanded us schedule a follow up appointment for this, like it was beyond her to even step out from behind the desk to assist us. I get having appointments for things like adjusting quotes, making purchases, or that stuff... but coming over with your back splash samples, and wanting to compare colors, - and get treated like that.. Seriously - That's how you lost a 14,000$ sale.We went to their competitor down the road and were able to get the exact same quality cabinets at Modern Builder Supply and save $8,000 over what this company quoted us.Your employees treating customers how they did today is not the way you earn sales, and build a clients, its how you drive them away to your competitors..I do not recommend them.....

    I had a small job that needed to be done to finish off restoration work on my cabinets and they did not hesitate to do the work for me. **** listened to my needs and helped to get everything set up, so easy to work with. *****, the installer was pleasant and knowledgeable and did a great job! It was done in a timely manner and they look great! I would highly recommend them for any cabinet work.
