Description of Complaint:In January 20 22 1 hired Caroline D***** at Best Custom Cabinets and Refacing, Inc The job was to reface some cabinets in my kitchen, replace one cabinet and add 7 cabinets, all in my kitchen. Caroline explained that the payments for the job were to be 3 equal payments. 1 at the beginning, 1 in the middle and 1 at the end. ALL payments were given when requested. The job was completed on April 27, 2022. Caroline is the project supervisor. She is the one that hires the different installers, etc. My cabinets are pretty dark and one of the "new" doors is in a shadow by the stove/range. Last weekend, May 7, I was touching up some of the stain spots that the installers did not complete. While I was on the floor working, I noticed that one of the doors on my Lazy Susan had been drilled for the hardware to be installed.However, the holes were drilled in the wrong place and the installers put some kind of filler in the holes and stained the spots. Not a new door anymore. I texted Caroline for her solution at 9:51 AM, May 9, 2022. I had no response. I left a voicemail at 9:28 AM, May 10, 2022, asking her to please give me a new door. She did not respond. I did not hire the cabinet makers.She did. I do not owe her any money. I'm not getting a response. This should not come out of her pocket. It should come out of the cabinet makers pocket. She's not advocating for me and that was pretty much what she supposed to do. Therefore, I would like you to advocate to her on my behalf,for a replacement.Desired Settlement:Replacement
