    I bank with the 3Rivers credit ********************** in ***********************. My paychecks show up as pending in my account on Wednesday afternoon and are usually deposited around 4am on Fridays. On 12/13/24 I had a bill come out of my account at 1am just a few hours before my check deposited which drew my account negative. ******************** then charged me a $33 overdraft charge. I called to dispute this and they refused to refund me the $33. My boyfriend also banks with 3Rivers and this same thing happened to him on 12/13/24 where he had a bill come out before gis check went in and it overdrew his account more than mine but he was not charged a overdraft fee. This is an extremely predatory way for the bank to get overdraft fees from their customers. I could understand if I overdrew my account and did not have a check pending and I frequently overdrew my account but that is not the case. My mortgage and all of my loans are all through 3Rivers and I make all of my payments on time. All of this happens before the bank even opens. I want my money back and for this to not happen again.

    I purchased a home mortgage with 3Rivers FCU near the end of March and I have been paying this mortgage on the 7th of each month. At the time of the first purchase, my mortgage advisor at 3Rivers assured me that I could change the date of payment at any time. When I enquired about having the date changed to the third week of the month, they told me that mortgage payments are scheduled the first of each month and cannot be adjusted. This is not what I was told, so they either intentionally or unintentionally they gave me false information. I want a solution to this issue or I will move my mortgage to a company that is true to their word.
