              I am a 3rd generation customer of ********************** Auto. I have always found their service standards to be nothing but fair and consistent. They have always been professional and kept pricing for parts and labor responsible. The * ******* manager, *******, has always provided me options on repairs when possible that allow me to make educated choices when it comes to the cost of said repairs, upgrades, etc. Hires has consistently operated on a family frame of mind knowing auto repair costs will continue to go up even though your income does not.One thing to add, if you want to be treated with respect, start by demonstrating it. As a person who works in customer **********************, do not utilize that 20th century thinking of "the customer is always right." *tart using the 21st century process of working the problem together utilizing respect as your foundation, and it works out every time. This, if anything is why I'm a 3rd generation customer.****
