I had them come out and look at some trees that I wanted trimmed! I sent pictures of what I wanted done! They first said they couldn’t do it! Than the owner came out and looked and what I needed done, and wrote me a contract! 6 limbs off of tree in the rear and one in the tree in the front! When they finished, they never took the branch from the front tree! They said it wasn’t in the contract! Which clearly states one dead limb off of tree in front! I ask did he see the pictures from the first guy, he said no that it must have been poor communication! And he was sorry! I have the pictures and the contract

Eager Beaver Tree Service (EBTS) maintains the highest ethical standard in the industry and has as A+ rating with BBB for the last 27 years. It's been decades since we’ve had any complaints filed with BBB and never a complaint of this nature. EBTS  is the only tree care company in Southern Indiana that is accredited by the Tree Care Industry Association and one of  only 6 tree services in the entire state with this achievement. The highest standard of dedication to the industry is required for this accreditation so it is clear we take our business and reputation seriously.

The job and contract for *** * **** ***** was specifically stated and went over line by line standing there in the yard with **** *****. Our team of professionals showed up later after the contract was accepted and  fulfilled all aspects of the stated contract. It is clear that “one dead limb from an Elm tree in the front” did not represent removing the entire half of a healthy tree. This will most likely kill the remaining half of the tree.

This dispute is focused on the Elm tree in the front that is in otherwise good health but has a few dead limbs. We removed the dead limb over the house that was agreed upon plus several others. However, since *** ***** did not understand the agreed upon work order and because EBTS is the #1 tree care company in Southern Indiana and we go above and beyond to resolve disputes, we will make a valid offer to mitigate this misunderstanding. We will return as a courtesy and remove the entire living half of the tree for free under the following 3 conditions.

    1. Eager Beaver Tree Service will be given adequate time to return to the site as our schedule is currently several months out. We will guarantee it will be done by December 31, 2022.
    2. Neither *** or ********* will ever contact myself or the company in any way ever again.
    3. No negative reviews of any kind on google, social media or otherwise.

If they fail to meet any of these conditions, we will pursue full payment of services rendered in the amount of $2000 for the additional work performed.

    Thank You,
    **** ********
