    We called Roo Roofing after we suspected hail damage. They were very helpful through the entire process. Sarah (co-owner with husband) explained any and every question we had about the roof, siding, and gutters. Sarah is also an expert in working with our insurance company and insurance adjuster. The finished product looks fantastic! Their crew was VERY courteous and professional! I highly recommend them for all of your roofing needs!

    We used ROO roofing for our roof, gutters and siding repair. Sarah was wonderful to work with always quick to respond when I had any questions. And Bless her heart she stood outside with me looking at all the colors to reassure me I was making the right choices. And it all looks GORGEOUS!!!

    I had a great experience with ROO Roofing. Beginning with my very first phone call with Sarah. She is very knowledgeable and explained the various steps when filing an insurance claim. Once I received the insurance estimate, she reviewed to ensure everything was included. We met to discuss their estimate, go over their wide selection of shingle colors, and assisted in selecting the best color to match the brick on my house. The installation team was very professional, courteous, hard working, cleaned everything up when they were finished and I had a beautiful new roof! Will definitely use them for any future roofing, siding or gutter needs. Highly recommend ROO Roofing if you are looking for a top notch company with great customer service. Great Job!

    Roo roofing did a fabulous job replacing our storm damaged roof. The owners were extremely professional, hands on and helpful. They were fast, efficient and clean. I would highly recommend them for any roofing job.

    I can't recommend Roo Roofing, LLC, enough. Often going into a repair project with no knowledge of roofing or basic construction of any kind is extremely stressful. Roo Roofing has proven themselves to be a top tier company. They have been a huge support throughout my entire roof repair project, from helping with the insurance company to honestly advising me on what I truly need and not what their pockets need. If you are someone looking for a truly honest company, you have found them! I will never look for another roofing or general contracting company ever again. My first and only stop will always be Roo Roofing. I can't thank you enough Sarah for everything!

    I could not be more pleased with the job that Dallas and Sarah completed for me in New Albany, Indiana. From the very beginning of them coming to my home to access the damage caused to my roof by a windstorm, to picking out the color of the new shingles, to the completion of the job, Sarah walked me through every step of the process (since this was my first ever damage claim). However she made the process so easy for me by contacting my insurance company and providing all the required documents and information. The required materials were dropped off at my house one day, then Dallas and his team showed up at my house the next afternoon and you could tell they were very well organized, as they had the job completed within half a day. My new roof looks great, is of very high quality, and I have received numerous positive comments by my neighbors as they witnessed the before and after roof, as well as the process. I knew that Dallas and Sarah took the quality of their job seriously but Sarah even had an employee come back the next day and change the color of a vent to match the new roof color. This act made me feel very gracious that I chose Roo Roofing to be the contractor. I had heard numerous positive comments about Roo Roofing prior as they also replaced a family member's roof and that family member was so pleased with the whole experience as well.     I have used Roo Roofing several times for repairs and have always been fair and honest over past couple years. Recent windstorm took off a large portion of our roof. Texted Sarah and she had a crew over immediately to patch till insurance could get out. Complete roof replacement - crew was amazing in and out in a day on a large roof - cleaned up everything as they were never here! Great company, honest, communication is top notch and here when they say they will be!

    Dallas helped update the insurance company of the things which had been left off or overlooked or underestimated. The work started quickly, & was well orchestrated. We observed other companies as they did work on others' homes which in no way looked to go as smoothly, or as well organized as we saw done by Roo Roofing. The crew doing the siding did so smoothly, & professionally. The finished work on both jobs looks great. We feel the workmanship was the cream of the crop. They are experienced, and knowledgeable, & because of that, we recommend them to many others who were involved with damage from the same storm, & also to someone who had not been in this storm damage, but just needed an experienced crew to do some roof repair.
