  We were shopping for a swim spa and learned we’d need a concrete patio poured first. After chatting with some realtor friends, Todd Schroeder came highly recommended—and now we know why! From the very first conversation, Todd was professional, kind, and made me feel completely comfortable (and I’m definitely not a concrete expert!). He came out to meet with my husband and I, listened to our plans, and helped us decide on all the details.
  We chose to do a stained concrete upgrade, and it turned out fabulous. Todd got us scheduled quickly, the crew did excellent work, and before we knew it—voilà!—we had a gorgeous new patio.
  One year later, it’s still absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend Todd and his team.

  Had some repairs performed on my driveway. work was performed quickly and professionally. I spoke to the owner and then met with him in person. He provided me some suggestions and ideas about how to proceed. We came up with a reasonable plan and he quickly performed the job. Making payment was easy. I used Venmo to make two payments. One as downpayment and another one at completion. I was out of town when work was performed but the owner communicated with me and sent me pictures of the entire process.

  Had my back patio done years ago and had them come back out to reseal it. Over the years the color has faded, but now after their work it looks like a brand new patio. Excellent results.

  Todd removed a brushed concrete patio and replaced it with a bigger stamped patio that looks fantastic. Todd and his crew were professional and cleaned everything up once the job was complete. Todd now comes back every year to clean and reseal my patio and front porch and sidewalk. I highly recommend Todd.

  Schroeder's Decorative Concrete did an amazing job on our driveway! The crew was on time, friendly, and worked hard to make sure everything turned out exactly how we wanted. The decorative finish looks fantastic, and we’ve already gotten a ton of compliments from neighbors. If you’re thinking about upgrading your driveway, I definitely recommend Schroeder's!

  Bad experience.
  I contacted Todd Schroeder, owner of Schroeder Decorative Concreted, to get an estimate for widening our driveway. He was quick to set up an appointment. We met on March 28. He took measurements and gave an estimate that was reasonable. He said they would be able to start the job in a few weeks. He required a 50% payment up front. On April 14th, he said they would drop off a dumpster for the dirt and get started that week. Nothing happened, no communication from him. I reached out on May 14. He responded 4 days later. We got tired of waiting and began a deck project.
  When the deck was done, I asked for another quote for a pad in a storage area. He came out on a Sunday morning, Aug 17. Didn't hear from him again until Sept 3. No contract was ever sent for either project.
  Prep work began on the 3rd and continued on the 4th. On the 4th, he asked for a check for the remainder of the balance without the work being completed. I reluctantly paid because I thought I could trust him. Concrete was scheduled to come on the 5th.
  On the 5th, Todd and the crew arrived. No gravel or rebar was put down, never discussed. The truck arrived and pouring began. Todd left shortly after never to be seen again. The crew completed the driveway but I had to have them correct some of the seams that were put in. They only had enough concrete left to complete half of the pad project. Todd's adult son called Todd and told him. When he got off of the phone, he said that they would be back on Monday or Tuesday to finish the pad with bags and clean up dirt, remove the forms, and wash out bags. They did not come. I texted each day, no response. On the 12th, he responded, said he forgot, would be there Mon. or Tue. Tuesday afternoon, I texted again. He said the dumpster company would not come out. On the 17th, I sent pictures of the work that needed to be finished and mess left. No response. Ghosted. I request $1000 refund for work not completed.

  Not true, we were actually there yesterday afternoon, driveway looks great. We were gonna finish the pad. My wheelbarrels have disappeared. Not sure where they went, I left them there so we could complete pad. Couldn’t get in the pad to get it finished yesterday.

  Todd is a very direct and professional contractor. He and his team poured a 16'x20' broom finish concrete patio behind my home over two years ago, and it is still in pristine condition today. The work was completed in just two days, one for framing and installing rebar, and the second day for the pour. I highly recommend Todd Schroeder and his team for your concrete needs!
