    Complaint Summary:*********** contracted with ArborGold for CRM/ERP software to manage scheduling, billing, and customer data. Since implementation, there have been repeated technical and communication failures that disrupted operations and left issues unresolved.Details:Earlier this year, it took over two weeks to get in contact with anyone from ArborGold to help rectify my account. This delay is documented in my text messages to the companys **. In another instance, a representative handling my support case had a medical emergency and offered to pass me to another **** despite confirming I wanted to proceed, the handoff never occurred. I called the main number or any number I could find but they all referred me to my account rep. ** a result, the issue remained unresolved for seven business days, during which outstanding invoices required correction while I was first learning to use the software.Technical issues:After creating a sliding-scale pricing input, I logged in the next day to find each line item duplicated three times, requiring manual deletion of all ************* another case, the system created two invoices for the same customer, leading to an incorrect total displayed on their end.Currently, I am again experiencing unresponsiveness from ArborGold support. I have called the main number on Friday, Monday, and Wednesday, contacted my assigned agent directly, and texted the ** on Wednesday. ** of Thursday, October 9, 2025 I have not yet received a response other then the ** txt back that he has passed along the message.I paid $4,701.20 on June 23, 2025, and received a partial refund of $486 on July 18, 2025.Given the repeated lack of communication and ongoing software malfunctions, I am requesting that ArborGold terminate my contract without penalty and refund the remaining unused portion of my paid term.I am submitting this complaint to the BBB to help facilitate a resolution, as direct attempts with the company have been unsuccessful.
