"I have been working for this company for 15 years as a tenant, paid my bills on time for my rent, on their computer system at Marks I paid yet they charge me $40 saying they never received my payment plus I had an additional $10 at the bank for a cashiers check as a loyal and responsible tenant of 15 years I believe this is wrong and I talked to ****** and she had no response to the problem nor did she care, theres no one really running the *********** and they really dont care about the tenant after 15 years they should waive this fee and figure out a solution for people who are responsible and pay their bills on time and not charge them an additional $40 this is really wrong"
