    I want to thank Penn Plumbing for fixing our sump pump. First off, **** actually answers when you call, listens, and gets back to you super fast with a quote. He also will text and is very responsive. I called around 10 companies and half of them never called me back. I got two quotes before **** ($2500 from HOPE Plumbing and $5200 from ********************* Plumbing). HOPE Plumbing is who we hired to install a water softener who then connected to drain to our sump pump which will destroy it. **** gave us a quote of $450. He came the very next day and was extremely thorough. My husband really appreciated that he was honest and asked him why he was so much more affordable. ****** said, "I have to be able to sleep at night." Do not go to other huge companies. Support small businesses that do honest work and are affordable. Reach out to ****. He is the owner and I guarantee he will respond quickly with an affordable solution.

    I had the pleasure of working with **** with Penn Plumbing. When I met ********** had already worked with one other plumber who was not able to resolve my issue. **** showed up to my home, he was able to mitigate my water leak after it had been leaking through my ceiling for weeks. **** assessed where the water leak could be coming from. I was impressed with him because he was able to measure the width of the room wall to wall to determine the source of the leak. I had not seen this with the other plumber. **** quickly pinpointed the issues which was the left side of my sink in the master bath. It was a bit tricky to get to due to the layout of my bathroom. Quickly thinking on his feet **** went through my closet which backs up against the sink in my bathroom. He was able it finally fix my leak that way.I was grateful for the empathy that **** showed when he was here at my home. I was at my **** in and in full meltdown mode due to this ongoing issue. I was very comfortable with him. He was on time and I felt that his prices were very good for the quality of work that he provides. Also, he cleaned up after the work was completed. This meant a lot to **** am locking **** in my contacts list, he is my permanent plumber.Thanks ****!!!!
