- Payment methods
- We accept Visa/Mastercard, and/or a check for the appraisal and/or credit report fees. Funds to closing are either paid from the proceeds of the transaction, a direct wire from your bank to the title company, or certified funds check from your bank. Funds over $10,000.00 must be sent via wire(State Law).
- Refund and Exchange Policy
- During a Mortgage transaction, the only fees that are charged up front are for the credit report and the appraisal. Once these items are ordered and completed, there is no refund available. This is the way it is with all Brokers/Lenders. You would be entitled to a refund of monies paid if we are in violation of State Laws or Federal Regulations. The remainder of closing costs are paid at closing. A Purchase transaction is finalized at closing, and a Refinance, State Law provides you with a 3 business day recission, which if you cancel, you are entitled to a refund of all fees paid(possibly with exception of the appraisal and credit report fees).
