    I use Hubstaff to find freelancers to hire.Most of their freelancers are from ******* and most from all countries can't read English and follow simple instructions. There's nothing I can do about this.I continue to use them because they are free and I'm a non profit on a very tight budget because I work FOR FREE. I tell everyone this, it's no secret.Several times over the last year freelancers have reported my jobs because they don't like something in the hiring ad or they don't like the pay. This is even though I've never talked to them or they are lying about what happened.Every time I email Hubstaff they never respond. It can take weeks or even months before I get a response and it seems like there's only one person there that mans the support email address.They say they are very busy with emails, so why can't they hire someone else to help? I find that very strange.Recently I got harassed and attacked by around 1-2 Nigerians. They didn't follow the instructions during my interview process so I told them what I tell everyone, that I'm concerned that they can't follow instructions.They processed to attack me through email, then they went and reported my jobs and they told other Nigerians not to apply to my jobs.What did Hubstaff do?They blocked my account, so I'm the victim and they side with the stalkers.After trying to get a response, they said they reviewed it and STILL blocked it. I asked for proof that I'm a scammer or whatever they think I am and they ignored **** write to them all the time asking for *****, one of the owners, and I'm ignored over and over again.There are freelancers who have applied to my jobs and they now think I'm ignoring them when I'm not. I want my account ********************************* can CLEARLY see who reports these jobs. They can see if the person ever even applied to the job. If a report is made, they should be asking for EVIDENCE and also talk to the other party/company, NOT take the word of liars.

    Seller upgraded my legacy plan and I was not informed and I did not agree to updated plan. I received an email on August 23rd, indicating that my legacy plan was being removed and my plan would be automatically updated on September 13, 2023. When I went to my account, the seller had upgraded my service on April 20, 2023, with no notification. I have cancelled my account with the seller and I would like a refund of the upgraded fees that I did not agree to and was not informed of. This is fraudulent!

    I responded to an online search for a remote job. I was contacted by a representative of an actual company, I had no reason to not think that this was a legitimate offer. I was asked to receive money from an acct from a elks ********** acct. this would provide me the funds to purchase equipment for the remote job. I did this using my discover card. The money seemed to go right through and I had no reason to think that this was not legit. I went out and purchased what I was told to purchase and I sent the equipment to an address in ***** that would buy and install the software and or hardware necessary to do this job. I have been in constant communication with this rep for several days, today sat the 5 of nov I got a message from my cc company stating that the banking institution did not authorize the payment I had already made and no the balance on my discover card was 10k dollars. I reached out to the rep today and they gave not gotten back to me. I did learn that this person is out of ********* **.
