This collection comapny did not validate the debt. It was disputed with another collection company end of 2022 and ruled in my favor: I went to the emergency room on 7/5/2018. I disclosed my history that I had spinal injuries that started from a *** on 12/24/2010. So, eight years later there is no accident claim because my ** visit wasnt from a ***. I stepped off a sidewalk on 7/4/2018 as I was looking up at the sky and something popped in my neck. I waited a day to see if the pain would subside and if it didnt I would seek treatment which I did. So, the ** Physician group coded it as a *** and my insurance denied it. I moved and my insurance was cancelled and I couldnt login to the Florida Blue website to see the improper coding from the ** physician. This isnt my fault, its an error on the ** physicians group. If they would have coded it correctly they would have been paid. Everyone else was paid at the time, except for them because of the *** code. I am not satisfied due to a few reasons which I will speak about. There's a law being broken, this business is breaking the ***** Law also 15 USC **** section 602 A states I have the right to privacy. I requested original copy's of the contract to verify the debt which I never received. I have recently notice fraudulent activities on my credit report which states it in the identity theft report I filed after noticing the fraud . We do not share that information with third parties. I do not have a contract with Phoenix Financial Service nor has they provided any contract of this medical debt proving it's owe by **** feel addressing the issue would be for the business to prove the debt is mines which hasn't happened so No I feel the company hasn't address the issue of dispute nor met the agreement they outlined in their response. Onlything the company did was admitt to breaking the law by having my medical records. I feel having this company delete my file and trashing my medical record would be the best thing to do

Contacted for weeks by this company. They would call, let the phone ring once, then hang up. Eventually they left a voicemail. Received a letter stating I owed over $1700 for a patient that I have never met nor have any relation to. Was assured the case number was put into dispute, only to call back and have the next person say that it was not in dispute but that he would put it in dispute. Have written emails with no response. This debt does not belong to me, nor anyone related to me. They do not even have the same name. Its ridiculous that one can be harassed by these people, and even when they are in the wrong, they drag their feet to correct the issue. You are messing with peoples lives. Get rid of this debt, and go find the right person. Again, it does not belong to me, or anyone in relation to me. And email/mail me proof that it has been wiped from my name.Business Response

Phoenix Financial appears on my credit report stating I owe $904 for a past due doctors visit in 2021. This is fraudulent and a scam. I haven't lived in ******** since 2018 and I never went to ******** in 2021. This claim was opened this year and it's now illegal to post medical claims on credit reports by law. I never received a medical bill from any doctor. I called the original creditor DEGARA APP PLLC and I was informed I have no outstanding bills or accounts. Phoenix Financial will not provide me any documents proving such debt, especially from the original debtor. They have not sent anything via mail; when I called them. Phoenix Financial is listing this collection as a new debt in 2022; they are a 3rd party debt collector. I want this removed from my credit immediately.Business Response

As I previously stated I was a resident of *** during that time and wasn't in ******** to receive medical treatment. Phoenix Financial as stated in their response letter doesn't have the debt information from the original creditor and NEVER had it to begin with. After a second review of call recordings there is no instance in which the consumer is given a date of service occurring in 2021 by any representative of **********. We only have one account for this consumer and it has a date of service of 10/4/2020. If the consumer believes that this is a case of identity theft please submit a police report and affidavit of truth to *******************************************************. I'm still awaiting proof of the date of service 10/4/2020 from the original creditor. Phoenix financial stated that they would provide me with their proof of the original service date. Phoenix financial has failed to provide me with proof of the original service on 10/4/2020. As I previously stated they do not have the proof and they never had the proof. Phoenix financial is attempting to scam me out of money. If they can provide, the original service date receipt and bill as proof of me being service in ******** in 2020 then we can proceed. They have failed to uphold their end and be professional. Stop trying to scam me.

This company is a scam company pretending to be a real debt collection agency. They signed up with BBB and somehow got accredited so they could appear legitimate but they are not. And even if they are real, the employees are very rude so either they're a terrible business or a scammer , but the way they talked to me and avoided answering questions, they were speaking the exact same way thar scam callers speak to me. Someone even answered the phone while they were singing, which is what scammers do sometimes. It was actually the same exact voice as one of the scammers that calls me everyday, and she sings when she calls me too, so I know for a fact these guys are scammers. Please contact me back about this because I will be reporting this company to the police as well for fraud.Business Response

On 11/16/2022, ******************** called ********** from the phone number listed in this complaint. ******************** requested that we advise what our reason for calling was and provided a different phone number that we had called. Once that phone number was researched in our system it was determined that the account in question did not belong to ********************, but to his grandmother. ******************** was advised that we could not discuss the details of this account without his grandmother's verbal permission. ******************** continued to ask questions that we are unable to answer due to privacy laws. Those questions will not be provided to anyone other than the party listed on the account without permission. We have not made any attempts to contact anyone at the phone number listed in this complaint and we have no business with ********************.
