    every day this company rings my phone two rings and hangs up. When I called to complain about this practice, they got nasty to me. I asked to stop calling me and hanging up. I said i am on the do not call registry. This person said to me "do whatever you want call who ever call the police i don't care what you do." I said to her why are you being nasty to me. She said you are yelling at me. I wasn't I was saying what i just said. I called their 800 number and spoke to a man named *****, He was nice and told me the debt wasn't even mine,

    We do not show any call recordings for the phone number listed in this complaint.  We show that the consumer contacted ********** and spoke with one of our supervisors to report that we were calling the wrong number.  The calls that the consumer was reporting were to a different phone number than what is listed in this complaint.  The number has been removed from our system and added to our never call list.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

    Continued calls all day with no response when I answer. Ive called back and can only get a voicemail. Aside from the calls I have answered and I have numerous missed calls from this company as well. Im tired of the continued call and Im unsure what they want from me. If its a debt I owe I need to know because Im trying to buy a house. They called yesterday and when I answered the woman was rude and threatened to continue calling my phone. She did not provide me with an explanation on what she was calling about other that say its a debt. I need to know more than that. Its harassing at this point and Im fed up with it.

    I recently (9/16/22) received our paid letter, however, it contains "Null and Void" language in it. We are in the process of buying a house and our home loan is pending us receiving a "Paid in Full" letter WITHOUT the "Null and Void" language. No one at Heartland will provide this letter and we are about to lose our home loan as a result. This is a serious issue that needs to be addressed immediately. I paid in full the agreed upon amount from Heartland and was promised a "paid in full" letter. We need this letter now.

    On, 8/8/2022, I spoke with ***************************** regarding a debt with ********* Emergency Physicians. I was offered to lower the debt of $1,271.00 to $375.50 which I made the payment on 08/08/2022. But I have not received an email or letter that an agreement was reached today. The employee told me that I will be receiving an email yesterday. Until today, I have not received a settlement letter that was reduced my ****. The confirmation number was ************. I paid with a debit card and they obtain the payment. Detail of transaction of my bank ***** Fargo:08/09/22PURCHASE HEARTLAND RE ******* ** CARD2068$375.50
