    On 10/23/24 I went for a car wash totaling $64.00 and the crew member informed me that if I get an interior and exterior cleaning I would get a month free. Then they proceeded to process me for a monthly membership totaling $69.98. I wonder how many other people they have robbed with this scheme. I will never return to get my car washed there and will work towards detouring future customers unless they apologize and refund the monthly subscription price of $69.98.

    Good Morning. My name is ***********************. Im originally from ********** ****. Moved to ************ ** in 2018. Have 3 children and also a Beautiful wife. A few months back we received some extra money to detail our vehicles.. I pulled into Prime Car Wash on ******************************************************************************************** music Blasting and walked into the place. When I first came they told me they were too busy to come back even when I had an appointment there. So came back and got the detail done. Well when getting back into the car I noticed my radio was not working (I drive controller). The ***************** stated that he would **** care of it just to get the EST from *** and it will get done asap. Well upon getting the diagnosis from *** they stated that the amount was TOO MUCH So then I took it to another shop to get a smaller price of **** dollars an was told that due to the chemicals they used on my I drive controller that they will not pay for the car radio to be fixed.Anyone who has a *** should know not to put any solution on that part of the Vehicle because the I drive controller is sensitive! My radio was broken by the Establishment and now they are refusing to pay for the damages. I want to make people aware of whats going on when people take their Vehicles at this place. Ive been told they have over 10 complaints within the last couple years!I need this place to be STOPPED!

    On 8/19/2022 -Stopped in for a regular car wash for $22.00. The attendant said for an extra $7.00 you can have anytime car washes for next 30 days. I said no, because I do not want automatic payments coming from my bank account . He assured me that would not happen. I would only be allowed the next 30 days only & automatic charges would not apply & I would not be charged anything else. I checked my bank account afterwards and $29.99 had been taken out, in which I authorized & I was fine with. So, I said okay! I took advantage of the offer for the next 30 days. I went back to Prides Car Wash on 10/23/2022 to get another wash & thats when I found out that $39.99 had been taken out of my checking account twice, once on 09/19/2022 & again on 10/19/2022.I was told to send an email to corporate @primecarwash.com for my reimbursement. I sent **************************************** Chief Operations Officer) replied back once on 10/25/2022 saying that he would look into these charges for me. Never heard a word back! I contacted my *********** put the $79.98 back into my checking account. BUT, its Prime Car Washes place to reimburse either me or my bank.

    I was at the prime car wash in ***********, ******* (1st July,2022)for an Elite wash for Audi Q7. Folks at this center used a wrong solvent to clean the leather and plastic, and it left a lot of white marks and degraded leather color patches. There was an incident report that was raised while I was there. I have tried calling the store multiple times, and I am told different reasons:1/Call between 8 AM and 11 AM 2/ Ask for *********************** (AGM?)3/ Mondays he is not available.4/ On a Tuesday at 9 AM - he is not in office. and finally I am told to email corporate. I emailed the corporate on Aug 10. Today finally someone named *********************** sent an email saying that they deny the claim as any other cars have not claimed anything. (If only they use wrong solvent on all cars, then they will see the discoloration. )

    Good afternoon,

     

    After carefully reviewing the claim, I do not believe the faded leather damage in three different area's occurred at our business. The three areas seem to be in high rub areas like the front edge of the seat and the lower back of the front seat. We always give each damage claim the benefit of the doubt but based on the location and placement of these stains they could not have come from services provided at Prime.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    This is a plain and utter lie. The car is almost new and only has 18k miles on it. There are clear reasons that what they are saying is wrong, and just hiding as a big enterprise. 

    1/ There are pictures on that day which were showing white marks on all seats. 

    2/ There are white marks on the plastic sides as well, and not just leather. 

    3/ Like I said, the car is almost new and even the driver side is not faded, forget about any other seats. 

    4/ When I was there and getting the service done, they agreed to the mistake and said corporate would resolve thru a formal incident. We raised one when I was there and told me, someone would respond back in 4-5 days. I kept following up for 45 days (I think they were assuming that I would just give up)

    5/ The white marks visible on these photos are almost gone now as the days have passed, which actually proves that it was something they used which resulted on those spots. However the leather seats are still degraded.
