    Nightmare!***** ****** has abandoned principles that made him, FIB. Was Faithful FIB business and personal customer for over 25 yrs. In just 3 weeks, they completely trashed their reputation and all 6 of our bank accounts. Deleted already confirmed bill pays, over paid one bill by $32,500 and told "sorry, you'll have to call the company we overpaid and tell them to send it back"!!!! Yes, they really said that!Deleted our payroll account and deleted 25 years of vendor's data we have paid through this bank. Find another bank. The list goes on and on.

    I redeemed a CD and the only option was to have a check mailed to me vs. deposit the funds in my external account. This is unacceptable. My CD matured on 10/5 and I have still not received the check. To rub more salt in the wound, I did receive a CD renewal notice for the CD I closed before I received my funds. Don't do business with this bank if you want to receive your money in a timely fashion upon closing an account.

    My application for a ****%, 12-month CD was turned down. Their customer service said he didn't know why (my credit is excellent) but the best thing was to simply re-apply. Today, the day after my original application, that rate is no longer available. The question is: is this bank some kind of hoaky operation?
