Alstadt spent 4 trips and 3 different plumbers to solve my shower stall drain backing up and never found a solution. Their technicians started by tearing into my septic tank and flushing my leach lines, cost of $1500, that didn't solve the problem. A couple months later the drain was backing up again. They sent out someone to snake the drains, the snake unclogged the drain for a day after I told the plumbers repeatedly this has happened several times i would like them to in spect all pipes connecting to that drain, they felt it was fine. The problem occurred in less than a week later. The tech that came out this time looked perplexed when looking at all drains and said he was equipped to handle the problem he didn't even know the solution for. He tended to another problem I had and sweated a copper pipe with results looking like an apartment complex handyman. I feel they have a lot of parts replacers that work there but not many plumbers. I asked them to send out another tech maybe a master plumber other than the ones I've been recieving which may have been fresh out of school but they sure weren't master plumbers. I then fired alstadt and went with ****
