      Unreliable and dishonest. Lied about coming and never showed up. Don't wate your time calling them.

      Hi Gary! I sincerely apologize for this. Honestly I am unware of this and I don't see your name in our system. We want to make this right. If you could call us and give us more details as far as when you called and who you talked to, we would appreciate it. As a small business, we truly care about our customers and want to make sure they are taken care of. Have a great day!

      I replied in detail about my appointment with them that I had made two weeks in advance.
      I talked with their office staff several times and was told each time "you are next". The last time though on the day of the appointment I was told "he finishes at 5PM and won't be able to come today but I can reschedule next week if you want".
      I appreciate the apology but they were dishonest about coming and obviously unreliable. I just want to spare others from the same experience.
