      Extremely satisfied, Rebecca was so wonderful & so very patient with me. She is one in a million. The transaction went great, even with my medium ability with certain aspects of the internet. Her kindness was very very appreciated. Believe me, when during business, it's rare to be serviced by someone of such understanding, intelligent and kindness .

      I applied for a consolidation loan online and I was approved for a loan. Text messages said I was approved and when I finally spoke to someone at there Thomasville GA office the could not process the loan due to my Drivers License. I told the lady I could get a new license but she would not work with me. Thank you for the hard hit on my credit with nothing to show for it.

      One Main Financial has been the best decision I have made. When no other company would give me a loan, One Main did. The interest rate is very reasonable given my low credit rating. The customer service was excellent, and I felt like they really cared.

      My name is Sheila H******, and I am writing to bring to your attention a distressing experience I had with the customer service team for Brightway Credit Card, which has left me feeling discriminated against and singled out.
      On July 31, 2025, at approximately 5:20 PM, I called customer service to update my address. I explained the new address and expected a straightforward process, as I have successfully updated my address over the phone in the past. However, I was instead told I needed to submit an email request. When I insisted, referencing that the app indicated a phone call was sufficient, I was transferred to another supervisor, who gave me the same response.
      I spoke with two supervisors: Darrell (employee #*****) and John (employee #*****). Both refused to assist me without my sending a government-issued ID. In my experience, this requirement was unnecessary and made me feel as though I was being singled out because of my Hispanic name and accent. When I declined to send my ID and mentioned I would rather close the account, I was told they would do so without hesitation.
      This experience felt terribly discriminatory and inconsistent with the service I have previously received. As someone who values fairness and professionalism, it was deeply disappointing. I am writing to formally raise this concern with you in the hope that you will look into the training and practices of your customer service staff to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and that no one is made to feel targeted based on their name or accent.
      Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I believe OneMain Financial strives to serve all customers with dignity, and I hope that bringing this to your attention will help ensure that future interactions live up to that standard.
