              I hired Dirt Finders to clean my apartment in ********** on a bi-weekly basis. Their contract and all materials state that they have a satisfaction guarantee - if you are unhappy with cleaning they will send someone to redo the service or correct the issue. On more than one occasion, I told them that areas had been missed. Instead of offering to reclean, they said they would no longer clean my apartment since I was not satisfied and had left negative feedback. Since they did not honor the satisfaction guarantee that they promise, they should refund some of the fees paid for insufficient service.
