      Equalizer Systems makes their hydraulic jacks unable to be repaired locally and a new cylinder has to be purchased. The difference is 30 -40 dollars worth of O-rings vs $636 dollars plus S&H and whatever other fees they want to tack on.

      I'm sorry to hear about your frustration. We do our best to produce the best quality product on the market. At the time your product was made, we were purchasing a cylinder from a vendor that was approved by our *** customers. Thousands of cylinders every year are produced this way. We now manufacture our own cylinders that are repairable. We are a small company that only recently was able to make the investments necessary to start this. Please feel to contact our service department (in a cordial way, not like the abusive message you sent earlier) and we would be happy to help you with a replacement part at a discounted price.

      Leveling system was installed on 12/19/2023 by EQ systems at there factory.The system has never worked correctly when inspections was completed after the drive home I found that the wiring was not followed per manufacturers instructions and the mounting brackets was not holding the pumps correctly.

      We reached out to the customer, and sent a team down to ******** to help him directly, as he was getting bad advice from the dealership he was at. Please see the attached signed statement from the customer confirming that he is satisfied with the outcome.
