      I booked a deep tissue massage for on August 30, 2025. When I arrived at the appointment, I had to ring the bell and call with no answer. After waiting past my scheduled time, I slightly peeked in and politely said hello, only to be met with a snappy response instead of a professional greeting.The massage itself was very basic, filled with constant conversation, and the therapist stopped multiple times to talk instead of providing treatment. The session left me uncomfortable and in more pain, and afterwards I experienced breakouts and skin irritation.I left a respectful and honest ****** review to share my experience. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, the owner publicly responded by calling me a liar and comparing me to people who pretend not to know how a waiting room works. Their response was dismissive, insulting, and unprofessional.I believe this demonstrates a clear mistreatment toward clients who report negative experiences. I am filing this complaint so the BBB can be aware of their business practices and how they treat dissatisfied customers.

      Contacted company for a massage on 4.23.24. They charged my card twice for $25 for a deposit on a couple massage. Called the next day to reschedule. No one answered. Tried multiple times to contact, no one ever answered. Emailed, called and text, no response. Finally they answered. When I tried to reschedule they hung up on me. I finally called back and asked to cancel. They did that. Asked them about my refund, stated I would get it within a couple days. Have not seen it. Called, emailed and texted this morning, and got a text back stating to never contact the company again since i was harassing them after leaving a ****** review about their bad service. I am just frustrated at this point that I am not given my deposit, given them a week at this point. She stated that they issued it back but the date and time she issued was the day they originally took out the original transaction.
