    Wish I didn't have to give them ANY STAR! We went to Master Tech a few years ago they told us they could fix the Aladdin RV system in our RV for $2,000.00. Turns out (after we drove for 2 days to get there) they couldn't. Put in another system, ran wires across our dash, took our 50 amp. extension cord and tried to give us a **** for over $3,600 dollars. When we went to pick it up the young man who was supposed to be showing us how it worked said that he didn't know much about it, But he was able to select the "bus icon" on the map (I'm sure we couldn't have lived without that). After seeing the ****, I walked out!!!! We left there and headed home, got a campground to stay overnight and wasn't able to plug in because Master Tech had kept our extension cord. The people that owned the campground were really nice and when we explained to them about Master Tech keeping our cord and that we wouldn't be able to use electric they told us we could camp for free (there are nice people out there). Next day while we were driving home, we got a call from someone at Master Tech who told us that there was a mistake on the ****, and we would be getting some money back (we got back some but still was a good bit more than the figure of $2,000.00 they had quoted us.) I don't know why they had to keep or even use our cord, my daughter said she saw a whole string of extension cords handing in their garage. But when I mentioned it to the person on the phone that they had kept it and we didn't have electric at the campground, he said we could order a new one and send them the ****. After getting a cord and sending them the **** they did pay for the cord. The wire running across the dash looked awful, so after we got home it took my husband about 30 minutes to run it under the dash - looked so much better (professional). My husband did a professional job - they didn't!!!!!!! Good Luck to anyone who goes there.

    First of all I am not sure who this is?.. The only customer with your last name has a date of service 4 years ago. The service had nothing to do with a silverleaf or aladdin but rather a GPS navigation / Radio system.. I have checked and no adjustments were ever made to the invoice as the estimate provided to you matches the invoice.. Regarding cords. We use only the cord attached to your unit.. all company cords and adapters are marked as ours to determine property and we have never had cords hanging all over the shop. This is the first communication in 4 years you had an issue?

    In response to the comments you received from Master Tech the one thing I can agree with is that I should have written my review a lot earlier, but I was taking care of my sweet mother and didn’t devote much time on the computer. Maybe I could have spared some other people from going through what we experienced with this company had I taken the time, but I had my priorities in order. They gave my husband a quote of $2,000 and it was suppose to deal with the "******* System”. My husband couldn’t find anywhere closer that said they could fix it, so we drove from *********, Md. Just to address the electric cord, I honestly didn’t mind them using it, but it would have be nice if they would have put it back in the motor home. When I read the email you got from Master Tech to my husband all he could said was “Nothings changed”. If they want “Positive Reviews” they should strive to be Professional, Honest and Knowledgeable.
