5 starsMy rv furnace had died just as the weather turned cold and when I couldnt get it repaired I was able to find a plug and play furnace that saved the day as I am a full time RVer this was so fast to email and find out that it would work with my thermostat and system and within days it was on my doorstep doubled boxed with extra REMOVEDi couldnt have asked for a better product thank you ??

5 starsREMOVEDwas beyond helpful. My propane furnace went out on Wednesday and I had a new one at my home by Friday. Worked great for a week and then started having issues. Called them up and the solution was sent shortly after. The problem was the heater manufacturer (Suburban) and RV Surplus was there to clean up their mess with a new control board from a different manufacturer. Thats customer service folks. This was over the top and they have me as a client indefinitely. Thanks to the crew at RV surplus. The folks at Suburban ought to take note as they sadly were no help when I called to find solution with their own product.The RV Surplus
