Heartland rvs, owned by Thor Ind. denied my request for them to take my ******** ****** 5th wheel (VIN ending ******) back to their factory for numerous defect repairs. Local service facility, **********, ** Camping World, refused to tackle the electrician issues. Heartland initially agreed on a recorded line that they take it back and fix it.Business response

august 1st 2021.I received a recall letter from Heartland recreational vehicles for my r.v, the heartland trailrunner vin# ***************** to replace the propane regulator. Repair will be done at no cost to me. I had the repair done at ***************. The **** for the work done was for $182.05 which I wrote a check for. I put the invoice along with recall regulator in a self addressed box and U.P.S delivered to Heartland R.V on 11/02/21. At the present time 12/3/21, I still have not received a reimbursement check for the check I wrote for the repair. I called heartland r.v again on 12/02 about my reimbursement, I was told that a check would be sent to my address within two weeks. I still have not received a check and the date today is 12/15 2021. At this point I don't think they are going send a reimbursement check at all Could u please help me on this matterBusiness response

Payment for $182.05 was issued on check number 453119 to ************. This check was mailed to ******************* **************************** 85929.
This check was issued recently, ************ will see it soon.

We Purchased a new Heartland RV from ******* *****. One year later the roof began to bubble up while towing. The glue had failed on the roof causing it to bubble up.and stretch the roof and the sealant.Business response

Can you please provide your VIN for your RV so that this can be properly reviewed. A claim will need to be submitted from a dealer or service center for a complete review of the request.
