    I am almost 77 years old and have never filed a complaint in my life, but both the quality of the work and, even more so, the personality of the head worker is not good. We hired them to clean our gutters, one gutter in particular. The 1st hard rain showed the problem was unresolved. After a phone call to them, they agreed to return, which they did, but not on the day promised. However, that is not a big deal. On the 2nd trip they cleaned the vertical part of the downspout, from the top down to an elbow where it connects to a horizontal pipe. They disconnected it at the elbow and sprayed water down it until it ran out. Thus it was now clean also. Little did we know that the horizontal pipe that they disconnected at the elbow was also clogged, which became apparent at the next hard rain. We didn't think of it, but it seems reasonable to think that, as professionals, they would have thought to check it. Now the problem ... I called to explain the issue and was told that the head worker (****) would call me back. This he did quite promptly, but the 1st words out of his mouth, in not the most pleasant tone of voice, were : "Your gutters aren't clogged!" I was so taken aback that, regrettably, I momentarily lost my normal calm and patient personality and interrupted him by saying : "Now hold on just a minute." I couldn't believe that he wasn't giving me an opportunity to even SAY what our issue was, which incidentally amounts to most likely a 5 or 10 minute fix. He then replied : "Hire someone else to do the work!" and then immediately hung up on me. Being who I am, I immediately called back to apologize for MY actions and to request the chance to explain the minor remaining issue, but it went to voicemail. I did leave a voicemail, and I also sent a text message. That was 7 hours ago, so since I have received no response, I am writing this review. I realize that by doing so I am opening us up to repercussions if this person chooses to act as he talks.

    Axmen Tree Service offers prompt service at a competitive price. They completed a difficult tree removal quickly and did an excellent job with the cleanup. I will be calling them again for future projects, would highly recommend.
