    On 10/10/25, Semper FI Tree Services owner REMOVEDand his crew were cutting trees in my neighhors yard. Mr REMOVEDwas asked could he trim two trees in my yard and what would be the cost. Mr. REMOVEDstated that since he was next door, he would charge me $500 to trim the trees today, and if he had to return the following day, the cost would be $600. Mr. REMOVEDwas informed that I would like for the trees to be trimmed that day, and was Zelled $500. Upon completion of my neighbors trees, Mr. REMOVEDinformed my neighbor that he would return the next day to trim my trees because he ran out of time. Mr REMOVEDdid not return the next day to trim the trees or call to say when the work would be completed. After not hearing from Mr REMOVEDfor a few days, my son and I have texted and called Mr. REMOVEDon several occasions regarding the refund of my money. Mr REMOVEDcontinued to make excuses as to when the trees would be trimmed or regarding the refund of my money. Mr REMOVEDwas contacted on 10/28/25 regarding the refund, and he indicated that he cancelled the Zelle on 10/27/25, because my son did not accept the Zelle. Please note that in the attachment the Zelle from Mr. REMOVEDwas accepted on 10/23/25; however, REMOVEDdoes not have any records of $500 being received or REMOVEDlast text to Mr. REMOVEDrequesting a resolution to this matter was on Friday 10/31/25 and he still has not responded. As of 11/4/25 no response or payment has been received. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
