    0 STARS!!!! DO NOT GO TO ***! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. SCREAMED, YELLED, THREATENED US, CALLING ** B****** AND DUMBA****. TOOK ALMOST A MONTH TO FIX THE ISSUE, TOLD A ***** ONE WEEK, 2 WEEKS PASSED & THE ***** CHANGED, THEN THE ***** CHANGED AGAIN WHEN IT WAS PICKUP TIME. NO COMMUNICATION, DID NOT WANT TO UPDATE US ON THE PROCESS. TOOK THE *** TO GET FIXED AT HIS FRIENDS HOUSE, NOT EVEN SOMEONE CONTRACTED OR ASSOCIATED WITH TUNE TECH AT F******* ALL. DIDNT EVEN WANT TO TELL ME WHERE THE *** ACTUALLY WAS. SAID ONE WEEK IT WILL BE DONE, THEN HUFFED AND PUFFED WHEN ASKING FOR THE STATUS UPDATE. LISTEN! YOULL BE A DUMBY TO TAKE YOUR *** HERE & THIS DUDE THREATENING HIS CUSTOMERS CALLING THEM B******! OH, & THE VIDEOS WILL BE POSTED, CAUSE THE ***** WILL BE ON SOCIAL MEDIA SOON! NOT TO MENTION HIM CALLING SOME FEMALE & GAY MAN TO COME UP THERE TO ARGUE WITH US!! LIKE BE FOR REAL! RUDE! UNPROFESSIONAL! HORRIBLE A** F****** PERSON ALL THE WAY AROUND. THEN CALLED THE POLICE, & THE POLICE **** NEAR SIDED WITH HIM TOO CAUSE THEY WAS TOO READY TO TAKE US TO JAIL, VERSUS *** WHO PHYSICALLY PUT HIS HANDS ON A CUSTOMER! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!

    First of all, a friend recommend at work this place. Because my car was acting up so I hate them to tow my car. They're 2 tune Teck. It took him over a week. And a 1/2 to let me know. What was going on with my car? Come to find out that it was my fuel pump.Every time I will call him not every day. Every other day to see have he checked out my car. He will have a attitude and very rude, I'm professional. To get to the point, it was affecting my job to my boss. Ask me what's going on, and he asked me. Could he help by calling to see what's going on with my car? Also, my son called several. Then when we picked up the car, my gauge. On the field wasn't working, remind you. It was working before he fixed it. So we took it back to him then. He said that it will be ready in 2 days. So he lied on the phone to me and said it was ready and it wasn't ready. Then he calls to tell me that it was a faulty pump. So he have to take that pump off to get another one. We picked up the car the day after. And the car fuel gauge is not still working.I spoke with another. Auto mechanic at a place, and he said if your fuel pump was working before, that means he had did something wrong, and you need to take it back to him. Remind you my fuel gauge is still not working. And it had been working before. I took it to this place. I recommend no people that wanna get their car fixed to go here. Hes overwhelmed, he take more people in and promise them that he will be done with their car. But the owner tells lies he doesn't have enough people to fix on your car. I do not recommend this place.
