They advertise that the BBB gave them a rating of A- between the range of A+ to F.I called this company for assistance with my refrigerator and they finally sent a technician out who spent maybe 15 minutes with me, charged me $79.99 and told me he would return with the replacement part...but this was over a month ago and no one answers the phone or replies to my messages??? They cashed my check and totally ignored me. The technician removed a part from the back of the refrigerator that I need to get a proper fit for another part. I requested it be returned but no one ever replies?? I am going to file a complaint with the BBB as obviously D-1 is NOT *****************'s #1 appliance repair company that they claim to be. I am posting this on my personal ******** page as well as on ****** and other sites because I am sure as soon as they see it they will remove it from their homepage. I politely requested that they return my phone calls, my text messages, and let me know when I can expect my repairs to be completed....but never received any answers? I cannot honestly recommend a company that treats a customer the way they have treated me. I also gave them a week to please reply to my messages or I would try to file complaints and post how I was treated and it has almost been two weeks since I sent the message and have received no response in any form from this company..... I would like to get my $79.99 service fee refunded because they have done nothing but cause a lot of problems in trying to get a simple part replaced on my refrigerator. Please do NOT call this Company for repair service when they do not respond to questions, or return the part I need that they removed.
