    e charge was complete, even though ********* asked.********* called Polus Dental on 7/30 to request written correspondence about this policy. She spoke with *******, who told ********* that "it is just their policy." ******* stated she checked with the owner ******************** Polus, who re-stated that "it's their policy." ******* indicated to ********* that, ************ used to allow for 12-month financing, but later removed that option for fees."********* gave verbal auth for me to speak with Polus Dental. I called Polus dental on 7/30 at 12:35pm from *********'s cell ************** ) and I spoke to *******. I asked ******* why ********* was not informed of the 6-month term prior to being billed. Also, I asked if we could be provided with written correspondence detailing WHEN this 6 month term with Care-Credit information should be provided to customers during the process. ******* did not answer me and questioned my relationship with *********. She stated, "since we're not married, she doubts she can continue to speak to me."

    We do not have a signed HIPPA form to discuss this patient with *****************. Patient called after checking out and signing her 6 months terms to try to change them to 12 month terms that our office does not accept. It was explained to her Care Credit is a form of payment that we accept. We are not affiliated with them. Our office only accepts 6 month options and always has.
