    June 6: contacted Grand Appliance regarding issues with washer still under warranty with GE. Because washer is still under warranty, GE determines who provides service. Grand Appliance begins process of contacting service provider to look at washer to determine issue. June 6: contacted by Grand Appliance to assist with service appointment June 8: contacted Grand Appliance for service date/time update. June 9: service date/time of June 12 between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm set. Reschedule entire day to accommodate service window. June 12: service provider arrives at approximately 11 am. Spends approximately 15 minutes looking over washer to determine control panel is bad. As hes walking out the door I ask how long he thinks it might be until the part is in. Im given a timeline of one week. June 19: follow up phone call with service provider, left message and did not receive a call back. June 20: follow up phone call with service provider, left message and did not receive a call back. June 20: reached out to Grand Appliance to see if contact was made through then regarding update on control panel. No contact was made between Grand Appliance and service provider. June 22: follow up phone call with service provider, left message and did not receive a call back. June 22: began to ****** search for reviews on service provider and most recent reviews all mention the same issues of not returning calls or delivering timely service. June 22: contact Grand Appliance to see if different service provider can be requested but because service provider had already begun service no switch could be made. Currently going into week 4 as a family of five with no access to washer and absolutely no contact as to when it might be fixed by service provider.

    SORRY YOU WERENT CONTACTED, WE DONT CONTACT THE CUSTOMER, THER WARRANTY PROVIDER DOES, GE, WHIRLPOOL, NEW, ASURION ECT. THEY ARE AWARE OF PARTS BEING DIFFICULT TO HGET, THINGS ARE STILL NOT GOING WITHIN A TIMELY MANNER STILL BECAUSE OF THE SHORTAGE OF CONTROL BOARDS.
