    Company was very dishonest about pricing said one price then changed it when I got their to pick up my car. He then proceeded to start yelling at me when I questioned why he changed the price. And said if I have money to spend then I have money to give him. WOULDN'T GIVE ME MY CAR TILL I DID. It is sad that he thought this behavior was ok and took extra which takes away from my kids. As a military family and civilian no one deserves to be treated like like that or scammed and thier car held like a hostage. I called when my car got towed and wanted to come pick it up immediately he refused and said no that I had to wait till Monday that no one was in office on the weekend. He had my car at another towing lot when I called them they answered the phone and they was their but he refused me my car and made it sit their and charge 50 a day for the weekend. Causing me to use money for my mortgage payment to pay him to get my car and now I'm in the negative and behind on my mortgage.

    This vehicle was impounded by the police for drunken driving, and wreck lessness.  The customer not only was rude to the police that pulled her husband over she was also yelling at my tow truck driver at 3am, before he was called to impound the car.  She was stating that her husband was being deployed but even the officer told us that he was not he was however being arrested for drinking and driving.  Our charges for a police impound are the same as all others in this area, we also charged her less for the storage fee.  I am sorry that she is throwing the military and her kids around because they were caught racing home from a bar.  Clayton's towing is here to help people not to take advantage of anyone our office is open 24/7 for towing.  Pick up M-F 8-4 reg business hours.  If there is anything that you need, please let us know.
