    The date of the transaction with CliqStudios spans from when cabinets purchased 9/13/2023.Amount paid to the business all together = $15,645.33 Business committed to providing me quality kitchen cabinets that meets all quality standards along with curbside delivery.Issues with quality of kitchen cabinets received along with replacement parts which I have had to pay extra for my contractor to fix. The following describe the detailed problems/exchanges with the company:1. **************** was supposed to be curbside and we would be responsible for moving cabinets to dry location. **************** had only 1 person delivering our product and we were required to help remove product off of the truck and into our garage. 2. Cabinet issues detailed as follows: a. We were missing one of the cabinet doors from our order, and once replaced it didn't come with hardware and the paint was cracked, causing a new replacement to be made. b. Drawers for a few slide in cabinets and drawers were not glued together and separated at the corners. And replacements had the same issues, one even falling apart straight out of the packaging. c . Drawer fronts fell off of the drawers when we started putting the drawers back in place. d. Edges on a few shelves were splintering e. Paint on molding not finished throughout.Overall poor quality construction which ideally should've been resolved with replacement but unfortunately showed the same problems, leading me to believe that this company has systemic quality issues.Some pictures shown for examples on quality.Order #******

    Cabinets were orders October 16th, and were said to ship 11/22-11/28 as of 10/19. They didn't ship, when contacted they "didn't have communication from manufacturing" Twice I was told they would email manufacturing and contact me back, they never did but change the ship date to the week of 12/6, which is mid week? It is now 12/11 and still no update and when I called they have no information to give me other than another empty promise to call me when they do have an update. When I questioned their policy's they were rude. I've contacted them via email, ******** messenger, phone call and the chat section on their page to no avail! When I tried to leave review for them it said it would reviewed by their team before posting so they vet those reviews leaving it impossible to have bad reviews.

    Between 12/2021 and 1/2022 I ordered ~$29,000 worth of custom inset cabinets from Cliq Studios. After receiving the cabinets, I immediately inspected the cabinets, only to learn that some of my order was missing, some cabinets were damaged, and others were just poorly assembled:1 ) The assemblers used the wrong size screws and so the screws tore holes in the back of the cabinets. 2) They nailed the drawer fronts of the base cabinets which prevented us from being able to adjust the cabinet fronts to align and rest flush with the cabinet frames. 3)There were scratches to the cabinet fronts as well as cracked corners on some of the cabinet frames.4) Some of the cabinet hardware was broken.5) Dishwasher peg board was missing ($400)When I contacted the customer service manager and provided videos and pictures, she informed me that she would send replacements for mostly everything! She originally created trouble ticket #******. After my last email to her in April 2022, I didnt hear anything back. No follow up response, or even a call. Every month or so I emailed and called the service desk, only to find out that no one could provide an update, and the manager never returned my emails or calls. In late July I reached back to my designer pleading with her to assist with the matter as it was already three (3) months and I havent heard anything. Her initial response was that shed do what she can to help me but shortly after I once again hit a dead end. Nothing became of the matter.*** contacted *********************** but have hard nothing. I checked on other websites and it appears that others are experiencing very similar issues with getting their replacement parts, but that theyre atleast getting reimbursed for their orders. It's been 6 months since i've submitted my trouble request and there appears to be no resolution in sight. I'd like to either be reimbursed for the damaged cabinets or have them replaced within the next 30 days.

    I apologize for our delayed response to this issue. The notification I received today is the only one I see in my inbox from BBB regarding this matter. 

    We regret to share that, as ******** states, we did not fully resolve these issues when an RMA we submitted into production was not processed. Our **************** team has been actively communicating with ******** over the past 3 weeks. ******** is taking another day or two to review the full replacement order to ensure it includes all requests. We are working closely with the customer and will continue to do so until this issue is completely resolved.

    We originally placed the order on May 6th and this was at the top of the order form: Estimated Delivery: 8 to 10 weeks. We paid $13,800 for the cabinets. The only reason we chose to use your company was because of the reasonable delivery date. We had two better options but the delivery dates were ***** weeks out. Its been 19-weeks since we placed the order and still have one of the cabinets on backorder with no estimated delivery date. In addition, the replacement order for the damaged cabinets shipped August 24th and no sign of them being delivered. So even your expedited order that shipped from your factory in 3 weeks will likely not be received for 8+ weeks.In addition, I dont have confidence theyll arrive free of damage. The cabinets shipped in boxes with no packing material or protection. I expect well receive more damaged cabinets and be in this same lengthy cycle for replacement.Lastly, the quality of the cabinets is embarrassingly bad. Based on the above experiences, I dont expect the replacement cabinets to be any different.We need to cut our losses and move on, weve been without a functional kitchen since February and dont have any more time to waste. For these reasons wed like a full refund and well make ourselves available to have the cabinets picked up and shipped back to you.
