            COLUMBUS AUTO GROUP- "ALL OF COLUMBUS MORELESS"VERY RUDE, HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, SALEPERSON MISSED FEDERAL LAW SAFETY ISSUE ON A BRAND NEW CAR AFTER WE TOOK IT HOME, THEY HAD TO COME GET IT AND **** TOLD US NOT TO DRIVE IT. NISSAN ***** OR THE USED COLUMUS AUTO GROUP STORE DID US DIRTY, MY WIFE AND I. THIS IS WRONG AND THEY WILL NTO FIX IT. THEY SAY THEY WILL AND PROMISE THINGS THAT NEVER HAPPEN AND MAKE PAPERWORK DISAPPEAR, BUT WE HAVE THE ORIGINAL PAPERWORK AND THAT MY FRIENDS, DOES NOT DISAPPEAR! WE WANTED TO DO BUSINESS LOCALLY, BUT THEY WERE SO RUUDE AND LIED TO ** . WE HAVE ORIGINAL PAPERS AND PROOF.

            I purchased a 2020 Nissan Rouge for them. Ive been having trouble getting the motion activated lift gate to work. Asked to have it checked several times. Never checked until last week. They kept said vehicle from 9-2. Told me it was checked several times by several workers. BUT he couldn't get it to work to show me it worked. He was tapping the bumper to make it work. NOT suppose to make contact with vehicle. Guess there's a learning curve ...So I watched a few videos and figured out what I was doing wrong. Guessing I was standing to close. 3 feet from vehicle. Just felt like venting.
