    Its been a month since I last contacted this company and nothing. What is going on with my claim that I have appealed? You took money from and it seems from your reviews this isn't the first negative reviews you have received. Why provide insurance when you dont cover. You made it seem for any reason that buying your insurance will reassure us that we either get credit or a refund for the flight that we consumers paid for. We bought your insurance thinking we would be taking care of. But you guys keep dropping the ball for a lot of people. Get out of the insurance business and stop scamming people to buy your insurance. Now I bought your insurance thinking I was covered but you took my money and nothing was covered. Total scam and fraud

    I to purchased 2 tickets and paid for the cancellation, the next day I cancelled but cant get my money back. A ****** learned I will go directly to the airline

    I purchased the cancel for any reason (or so they call it) insurance for my daughter who was supposed to go on a trip to *****. As the entire world knows there is a Level 3 reconsider travel to ***** right now and a war going on very close to ***** and the places she would be going so I decided her life is way more important then a trip so I canceled thinking its a no brainer that it would definitely be cover right its literally a war and anything could happen in the blink of an eye.NOPE they denied my claim and said that was not a covered reasonUM WHAT THERE IS A WAR! I guess to them peoples lives are not as important as money. Tripmate and Explorica should be ashamed of themselves for not 1. Moving the trip to some where else and 2. Not giving the insured customers there money back for a dang good reason! If your going on a trip and the company uses tripmate or youre thinking about itDONT ITS A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY! they should be put out of business!

    This company is a scam. Do not purchase insurance policy. I had to cancel a trip after purchasing the "cancel for any reason" policy and was given a $500 coupon to the resort (lost about $8k).

    DANGER. WARNING. This company is owned by ****************** giant Generali. Their goal is to sell and then deny or delay-- and they are really good at it. To the point of being fraudulent! My parent's cruise in **** was canceled for health reasons that were clearly covered by the insurance. In fact, they confirmed it. THEY said the claim was approved... BUT THEN, for literally four months and a half dozen emails, they "claimed" that they checks were literally sent. My parents' personal situation created some economic hardship-- so timing of receipt of the refund was important. But they continued for months and months, after calls and emails, to LIE flat our about their processing and sending of the checks. I would urge you NOT to do business with then evil people.

    They sold me "cancel for any reason" trip insurance, then denied my claim. This business is a joke. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR INSURANCE!
