They were assigned to deliver my suitcase to me and did not because it was more than 100 miles but it took them 4 days to communicate this to me.Review from John M

Worst experience ever and I've been flying ever since the early '80s. Had a flight from ****** to ******-**********, whether it both places was immaculate, and everything was on schedule until it wasn't which was right at the time to back out of the gate. Plane loaded, delayed an hour. We finally get clearance to go to ******-**********, then there's a plane in our gate, knowing everybody on board has either already missed their connection or is going to have to run to their connection. I'm ************************************************************ many years. I had to go from concourse c to b, and I tripped right after going up the escalator cuz I was exhausted. Sprained my wrist and bruised my knees. But the good news is I caught the flight to ******** *********** which was seamless. Then I'm at the carousel to pick up my luggage and they say oh so sorry your luggage didn't make it. So after an exhaustive process to get my luggage delivered, it was promised to me in 24 hours. I go out and track it and it well exceeds the promised 24 hours. Bear in mind I have nothing but the clothes on my back. Got a hold of American airlines at the number provided, and you talk about apathetic. They just told me to go out to the website and check the status. I told him that's why I've been on hold for 30 minutes. To get information from you. She basically told me it's not her job and if I'm interested to go out there and check the status. I did, again only to find out they did not meet their promise of 24 hours. Never again American. Definitely subpar.Review from Denise M

Awesome experience! Please allow me to be your uncompensated spokesperson!!! Returning late evening from ****** on Tuesday, November 14 to *** and somehow my luggage was left at ***. ***** said they would have it delivered to me in *********, ** within a few days. Where's My Suitcase sent me an email early morning on November 15th and said it would be delivered to me as soon as they secured a driver. I had my 4 suitcases by that evening. Bam! It was so easy! I was kept aware of it's location throughout the day. Fast, reliable and friendly...?? perfect experience!Review from Catherine J

Our suitcase was lost between ****** and *******. I was bit skeptical if we were ever going to see it again. But we received it within 2 days after using WMS. I am so pleased with the constant updates and timely delivery.Review from Bri G

No communication, false information, and I felt like they are just trying to appease me with half a** answers to any questions I have. Never flying American again and I will pick up my bag myself if this situation ever happens to me againReview from Jonathan D

The first notice I had that there was an attempt to deliver my bag was at 2am Sunday August 6th. Upon calling the help center, I was met with a rude individual who told me that a rule is in place to only go out for a delivery once, and then the customer would have to pick it up from the airport. Seeing as it was at 2am, I was graced with another delivery window, starting at 4pm Sunday August 6. Their website notes no deliveries after 11pm. I was told this window would be 2-4 hours, and I felt confident I'd see my bag around 3pm when I noticed my airtag showing my bag only 3 miles away. Then my bag kept moving further and further away, I traced it moving up the 55 towards ************, then Orange, then ********************* (roughly ***** miles away) where it stopped, somewhere around 9pm when I went to bed. I woke up this morning showing two missed calls and missed texts from the driver at 1:09am PST Monday August 7th attempting to deliver. He found a way in to our gated community and then delivered the bag over my fence in to my patio- I had NOT signed the leave bag waiver and in fact had messaged him directly to take it back to the airport so I could pick it up myself.Putting aside the logic that he was nearby and went 20 miles out of the way, or that the image showing his car (when showing a photo of the driver) would in no way hold multiple suitcases of size, I'm amazed that this company is holding on to a contact with such a large company like United.There was NO sense of urgency, no customer service or politeness, no honoring agreements/waivers. If my bag had been stolen, it would've fallen on to this companyReview from Daniela S

united airlines lost our suitcase. Filed a report and no way to get in touch with united airlines. The tracking number they gave us to follow up on wheres my suitcase, did NOT work. The website did not accept the tracking number. There was over $1000 of suitcase, clothing etc. lost and no way to get it back. Wheres My Suitcase appears to be a scam. No more flying with ******!!! There should be a "0" stars for this website and for ****** Airlines!Review from Andrea P

I can't even give 1 star. My bag has been sitting at *** Airport for 48 hours with no delivery. No phone to call and talk to a human. Just automated responses to email. I'm mad. Paid to *** l bag. I get things happen, but to have no way of communicating and no luggage after 48 hours is highly unacceptable.Review from Elaine D S

I just received my one delayed bag about 3 hours after the estimated time of arrival in using where'smysiutcase', and after I had messaged the delivery gal mentioning that according to her trip map that it looked like she had been only 10 minutes from my home twice, but did not deliver my bag. I flew ********* Airlines last night but due to weather a lot of ** had to rebook our second flights to get a different flight and/or to arrive at a different airport - mine was *** in *********** instead of a smaller airport near my home. My one checked bag was due to arrive at the smaller airport and wasn't at the *** baggage claim. I asked ********* to have my bag delivered. They wrote down a phone number for me to call if needed and we filled out the necessary paperwork. I am happy with this service.
