I had a very bad encounter with a mobile locksmith company. The locksmith changed my locks. However, he said all done & gave me the keys & left. I assumed the locks were working & he left. I should have tried the locks before he left but I didnt because I assumed he did the job. I was having a very stressful day & this person took advantage of it. The mobile locksmith company advised they did not have a record of the job. I know I should have confirmed the locks were working myself before the locksmith left, however, I was trying to multitask, which clearly did not work well for me. I contacted ****************************** a very knowledgeable, professional, kind locksmith arrived & did an excellent job of fixing the situation. Additionally, he restored my faith in locksmiths! I highly recommend this company because they actually really care about their customers from the 1st call & until the job is finished!
