Refund and Exchange Policy
WARRANTIES

1.  Warranty services available Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
2. Service Warranty covers 60 days after original service date.
3. Parts Warranty covers parts and hardware up to 3 years after original service date; cost of labor is not covered under warranty.
4. Limited Lifetime Warranty on sections of doors only covers instances that are out of customers control such as weather, rust, or cracking.
5. Warranties DO NOT cover cost of installation or labor past the 60 days after original service date.
6. Warranty DOES NOT cover blocked or misaligned safety eyes.
7. We are NOT held liable for any pre-existing operators that fail once being attached to new door after install. Also applies to any pre-existing doors that fail once attached to new operators after install.
9.At time of repair or install, if safety eyes are not present, warranty is voided. 
10. Any operators, hardware or doors NOT installed by Rose Garage Door Solutions are not covered under warranty.
11.We are NOT liable for any clearance issues created due to “low headroom track systems”. These systems are mandatory in order to install sectional doors without standard headroom measurements. 
12. Please allow up to 72 hours with respond time to a warranty service.
13. Warranty will be voided if any company or person other than Rose Garage Door Solutions attempts to repair any parts under our warranty.

PAYMENTS, DEPOSITS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

1. A 50% deposit is required when scheduling a new door installation or garage door opener installation.
2. Customer must provide a notice of cancellation 48 hours prior to scheduled install of door in order to receive full refund.
3. If 48 hours cancellation is not provided NO refund will be issued in order to cover restocking fees of the door and hardware.
4. With special order doors, no refund will be given once door has been ordered from supplier.
5. Any checks that are cancelled or bounce due to insufficient funds will be subject to an additional $59 charge. 
6. Any invoices NOT paid within 30 days of service will be subject to an additional $89 charge. After 60 days of unpaid invoice, information will be sent to a collection agency.
7.     In the event of needing to cancel a scheduled service call, customer must notify Rose Garage Door Solutions prior to the arrival of the technician. If technician arrives and no cancellation has been requested, customer will be responsible for the trip/service charge.

SERVICES & SERVICE EXCLUSIONS

1.Rose Garage Door Solutions will not install used parts or used garage doors.
2.We WILL NOT program your vehicle(s) to any Homelink or MyQ products we install. 
3.We ARE NOT held responsible if your vehicle(s) / phone(s) are not compatible with products that provide Homelink or MyQ.
4.Our company will not install or repair existing extension springs/torque master springs (Wayne Dalton Systems). A spring conversion will be recommended to the customer at time of scheduling and or appointment.
5.     Our company will not run prewiring through walls and or in attics. External wiring will be used for any and all installations. 
6.     Any & all hardware or parts that are hauled away by Rose Garage Door Solutions are subject to complete disposal and will not be returnable once removed from property.
