    I had hired **** from Whatever it Takes to remodel our bathroom by installing the floor tiles, installing a threshold, installing the wall tiles, taping up the hole in the ceiling left from the demolishment of the old shower, installing the toilet, installing the sink and installing the shower. When the shower was installed, the workers put screws all the way through the wall and out into the Living Room wall (photos). The floor tiles are not flat, much of the tile is still missing, the threshold is missing, the sink and toilet need both leak, so I need to have them taken out and reinstalled by a different plumber. **** had worked only one day, leaving the job mostly incomplete. He then refused to answer my calls and texts and ghosted me. When I finally got a hold of him, he agreed to come back out to work on the job. When he came to the house, he was rude, aggressive, dismissive and acted like the job was a major inconvenience to him. He left after doing a little work, but then left and ghosted my calls and texts asking when he was going to come and finish the job. I have not heard back from him in months and would like to ask for a refund so I can get the bathroom in working order.

    Took 1700 deposit and did 1/3 of the work and stopped responding to texts and calls.
