I met ********************* at the Home Show in ****. I explained to him I was interested in Stamped concrete but of course when the snow season would be gone. I believe about 2 weeks later he called me and said he was in my neighborhood and would I mind if he came by to give me an estimate. We had had lots of snow the last few days and I told him No, as the snow was over 2 high on the ground and I couldnt even open the patio door nor the gate for him to see anything let alone measure. I even sent him a picture of my back door.I have submitted our conversation so you can see my frustrations. Leading up to where we are now. I have sent him text and called him which he doesnt respond nor answer. I sent him today a message asking for my money as he said he would come this weekend and Ning me my money. As he kept telling me every time I said its going to rain or their are dark areas that look like a square different color, gauged area that you could see gravel in several areas I wanted him to see. He kept telling me dont worry about it it will look good and if you dont like it I will tear it out and do it again. I heard this every time I brought up the rain when he wanted to seal it. I went to church and see on my phone that he showed up to power wash it with his maybe 6 year old daughter.He left and said he would be back later as it had to dry since he was going to seal it. Again I said will it dry enough for you to seal today and rain tomorrow?Again I hear, dont worry about it it will be fine and if it isnt Ill tear it out and do it again. I had left to a previous engagement and when I got home at 7 or so he had text me earlier that he was sealing it and how I liked it, I stood at my patio door as I couldnt walk out to do a close up look at it. It looked very pretty and shiny. I text him and let him. I could go outside to really inspect it again it rain for 2 days . He said he would return my money and refuses to acknowledge my texts.

I wanted to add pictures of the gravel showing s well as areas that didnt even get sealed. Block areas where the stamped padding is very obvious. He contacted me by text last night at 9:30 which Im sending. Hes going to give me my money and then hes not so I dont know. I did pay him. Ive had another company come Thursday and give me a quote on tearing out and redoing this again. He also claims this was not properly done when he power washed it down. Also the dark block areas show because the power washing done was not completely dry for him to have sealed it.
