      They just stopped picking up the trash and recycling, made several calls for them to come do it, they never did nor gave an explanation as to why, had no choice but to cancel, haven't received my money back, yet they just had the nerve to call and ask where the containers were...they came and picked them up right after I cancelled which was nearly two months ago

      I spoke with ******* ****** earlier today. I told her I would send out a refund check today in the mail. I'm not sure why she felt the need to complain to the BBB after our conversation today.

      Hello,
      I'm contacting you about my trash pick-up. My recycle toter has been waiting for pickup since
      01-29-25. I have called renewable resources now 3 times. They say the same thing Will get pick-up asap. contacted by phone 02-03-25, twice by email. I'm calling today to get a total refund. on the 02-02-25 my regular toter was pick up and a bag of aluminum cans but recycle was not. emailed again, they said that they only have 3 addresses in my neighborhood. and they would get out here asap. It's now 02-10-25 still no recycle pick up. Regular trash is scheduled for 02-11-25.

      I recently relocated to ********* Indiana with my family. We prepaid to establish the utilities at our property, including garbage pickup. We were informed on two occasions that the pickup day for our residence is on Wednesday. We had our garbage receptacle out the curb on Tuesday night, November 28, 2023, and it was not picked up on Wednesday, November 29, 2023.

      This is a mandatory service with an imposed fee that was prepaid the day we took possession of the property. We have attempted to call and email to get the issue resolved and we are not receiving any response. We are now backed up with accumulated garbage with nothing to do with it, as they have a notification on their website that they no longer pick up garbage bags from the ground. We need to get this resolved and are getting no responses.

      I believe this issue is already dissolved. We went back by and picked up the container. We picked his container up last week and this week on normal schedule.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      Renewable Resources should advise the city of ********* Indiana that the city representative government is responsible for coordinating  mandatory services imposed, and not place the responsibility on the contractor.   Thank you.

      We pay for and separate recycle from garbage. But these people continue to dump it all in one truck! I have complained and even reported them to IDEM to no avail. They lie about their services, make excuses, yet continue to do this.
      They said "Trash is one week, Recycle the next" so we must be confused. Their website clearly says Trash every week, recycle every other week. So what is it?
      They also say "If you put both cans out, we take both!" That's CRAP! Some people use both for trash they said, more excuses!
      This is not acceptable to me!!

      Good morning. I have just spoken to ******'s husband ****, about this situation. They are putting the recycle out on the wrong week. **** admitted that sometimes they do get confused on if it is recycle week or not. This is why it is being dumped in the garbage. Her recycle is February 23, 2023 and then every other Thursday. If they put it out on the wrong week, it does get dumped in the garbage. This is to reduce the contamination that is being brought to the recycle center. At one point the contamination rate was as high as 46%. This is terrible the industry average is 18%. Once we started dumping all the containers that were out on trash day and stopping some peoples recycle service it is now around 20%. If ****** has any questions, she can contact the office instead of calling IDEM and the BBB. We take roughly 20 tons of recycle material a week to the Warrick County recycle center. We do not throw away recycle material.

      Renewable Resources LLC refuses to clean up their Hydraulic Oil Spills in and around ****** ***** subdivision even after much communication from my HQ since last summer.
      Their last response was to stop all Trash pickups and drop me as a concerned customer.
      I think they remain quintessentially environmentally unfriendly and allegedly engaging in circumventive, subversive criminal activities by not complying with the acceptable Environmental standards..

      We did not know about the oil mess until over 6 months had gone by. IDEM came down and looked at the oil spill and thought someone had already cleaned it up. We have explained the situation to Mr. ******** several times. This matter has been resolved. Just so we are clear, in the future if we noticed oil spills/ or get calls that there are oil spills, we will have someone out there within 12 hours to clear up the mess.

      All the Spill spots have NOT been cleaned up, in fact, they are getting more pronounced with every Trash pickups. Contrary to what Renewable Resources claim, the matter is NOT resolved.

       Further, the fact that the original report to Renewable Resources is dated does NOT negate their responsibility to clean up their spills.

       Also, the streets need to be inspected when they are DRY, not wet, as in the case when a representative from the BBB checked them.

       If one drives through ****** ***** Sub Division when the streets are DRY, the permanent Spills are apparent.

      I think what Mr. ***** is trying to say is there are residual stains left on the road. The roads are cleaned but stained. I don't believe anyone is arguing this point. IDEM has already looked into this material, so please quit harassing our company.
