              I recently relocated to ********* Indiana with my family. We prepaid to establish the utilities at our property, including garbage pickup. We were informed on two occasions that the pickup day for our residence is on Wednesday. We had our garbage receptacle out the curb on Tuesday night, November 28, 2023, and it was not picked up on Wednesday, November 29, 2023. This is a mandatory service with an imposed fee that was prepaid the day we took possession of the property. We have attempted to call and email to get the issue resolved and we are not receiving any response. We are now backed up with accumulated garbage with nothing to do with it, as they have a notification on their website that they no longer pick up garbage bags from the ground. We need to get this resolved and are getting no responses.

              Recycling was not picked up last week. Sent them a message via their website and did not receive the courtesy of a reply after 48 hours. Called them this morning and after sitting on hold for what seemed like forever was finally told that they would not pick up again until the next recycle pickup date 10 days from now, I asked about a credit and was told "nope, it's a free service so no credit". Not the first time this has happened with these people. Also, their drivers are not very skilled. They usually put the bin down with a little twist at the end and gouge large divots out of your lawn. I have to leave my bins at the end of my driveway on concrete to prevent this. Not a huge deal but still inconvenient as it blocks part of my driveway. Reconsidering my trash service now. ******** looks good. Probably worth a few extra dollars get away from these rather rude people.

              Mr. M****, We do apologize for the inconvenience. Friday morning the weather was not favorable to drive on. We will pick up any extra bags you have out on your next regularly schedule recycle day. We do offer recycle as a free service. Something you won't find with other companies.
